Oyaycare offers US-based technical support for all nursing bed models. Most issues, such as unresponsive pendants or motor synchronization, can be resolved via a simple "System Reset" or by checking the battery connection.

## Common Troubleshooting Steps

  • Bed won't move? Ensure the "Lock" switch on the back of the hand pendant is in the "Unlock" position.

  • Intermittent Power? Check the green LED light on the control box; if off, ensure the plug is flush with the wall outlet.

  • Need a Part? We ship replacement motors, pendants, and casters within 48 hours.
