1. Warranty Coverage

OYAY CARE provides a limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service conditions.

The standard warranty coverage is as follows:

  • Motor & Actuator System: 3 Years
  • Electrical Components & Control System: 2 Years
  • Accessories (Side Rails, Casters, Remote Controls, etc.): 1 Year

Warranty periods begin from the original date of purchase.


2. What Is Covered

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
  • Structural failure under normal and intended use
  • Malfunction of motors or electrical systems not caused by misuse
